Movie Log 🍿: Raiders of the Lost Ark, 1981 - ★★★

I can acknowledge this is a classic. It’s got a mad soundtrack (thank you Mr Williams), it has a monkey they trained to do WHAT? and they pack in a Wilhelm scream. 

What I didn’t really get was any real level of depth to any character. The plot was daft but I appreciate that’s the point. Something not landing for me here. 

Good to see the origins of a bunch of tropes and I always love busy sound design with loads of background noise.
