Castlefield Bowl summer shows never disappoint. Wet Leg on Wednesday was another smasher.
Today I discovered Concert Archives and now Iβm going to lose myself to filling in my concert history so I donβt need to try and remember anymore. I can feel a headache coming already
Iβve had the riff to this stuck in my head for some time now. Astonished to learn the band donβt really like this album, itβs one of my favourites.
Stumbled upon a band called Rocket I’d not heard of yesterday. Spent a good while listening to it and then discovered they’re playing at Green Man festival in August, which I’ll be at. Feels like a nice win!
There is something so deeply satisfying about this song. The sort of indie pop being released around 2008 seems to have this kind of twee lightness to it that I canβt get enough of. I found I Was A Cub Scout through iTunes free single of the β¦
Iβm obsessed with this Cate Le Bon album. Itβs got a real swirling, dark energy to it. Excellent listening.
